2024: Your "YES" Year

A new year is on the way!

A new year filled with new experiences, new memories, new opportunities, and new God-given instructions, plans, and purposes. New to you, of course...but ancient to Him.

My heart for this final blog of 2023 is to encourage you to go into the year with a “YES” radiating in your heart. A “yes” to Father God and to all of His plans for you and concerning you.

I know that as His directions and instructions come, it can also bring with many questions.

“How will this happen?” “Am I the right person?” “Where will the money come from?” “Who will help me?”

So many questions come when God gives us plans and dreams. So many questions because His plans and dreams for us are NEVER small. They are always huge! They are certainly bigger than anything that we would ever dream of or plan for ourselves, and they are absolutely bigger the anything we could ever achieve on our own.

I want to encourage you today that God has not changed His mind about YOU! His plans for you, His belief in you, and His love for you are set. People may doubt you. People may disagree with you, and YOU might even question it yourself, but God is absolutely certain about who you are and what you are called to do in 2024! All that He needs is your “yes” and responsive obedience, then He will make you the same promise that He made through Zechariah.

“People will come from faraway places to pitch in and rebuild the Temple of God. This will confirm that God-of-the-Angel-Armies did, in fact, send me to you. All this follows as you put your minds to a life of responsive obedience to the voice of your God.” - Zechariah 6:15 (MSG)

I want to remind you that GOD DOES NOT NEED ANYONE ELSE’S APPROVAL IN ORDER TO BRING FORTH HIS PLAN AND WILL FOR YOUR LIFE.

He is the author of your destiny, and all that He needs is your “YES” and your responsive obedience to His voice. Help will come, provision will come, and blessing will come from places you need even thought to look to inquire! This is God’s promise to me and to you today! Take it! Give Him your “yes,” seek His face, and respond in obedience to His voice daily as you head into this new year. Otherwise, the only things that change are the numbers on the calendar.

I decree over you today that 2024 will be the year you seek and see His face, hear His voice, and say “yes” to all that He has for you. You will immediately respond in obedience to His will and plan for you. It will be your most blessed year yet because it will be the year that you’ve purposed to draw closer to His hear for you and to fulfill His plans for your life.

Provision is coming. Direction is coming. Breakthrough is coming. Instructions are coming.

All because you are posturing yourself to hear, to obey, and to say “YES” to Jesus!
